Cunningham FC Player Portal Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Cunningham United Football Club handles information in the Cunningham FC Player Portal mobile app.

This app is intended for Cunningham United FC team members, players, parents or guardians where applicable, admins, and super-admins. It is not a public social network.

Information The App Collects

The app may collect and store:

• Account information such as name, email address, role, account status, and sign-in identity.
• Soccer profile information such as player position, jersey number, goals, assists, game history, tournament history, and development notes.
• Optional contact and emergency information entered into player profiles.
• Profile photos uploaded by players or admins.
• Game list, roster, team assignment, tournament, score, donation, and expense records.
• MediaGram posts, pictures, videos, likes, and comments.
• Internal chat messages, replies, reactions, mentions, polls, seen receipts, typing status, pictures, videos, and voice notes.
• Technical records needed to operate the app, such as authentication records, file upload records, and security logs.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to let authorized users sign in, manage player profiles and team access, schedule daily games and tournaments, build teams, track participation, record scores, support internal team communication, share team media inside the app, track team donations and expenses, and protect the app from unauthorized access or misuse.

Sharing

The app is designed for internal team use. Player and team information is visible only to authorized signed-in users according to their role. Information is not sold. The app does not use third-party advertising tracking. Information may be processed by service providers required to run the app, including Firebase services for authentication, database storage, and file storage.

Photos, Videos, And Voice Notes

Users may upload photos, short videos, and voice notes for profile, MediaGram, and chat features. Users should only upload media they have permission to share with the team.

Youth Player Information

If the app is used for youth players, Cunningham United FC should obtain parent or guardian permission where required by law or team policy before collecting or displaying player information.

Data Security

The app uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules, and Firebase Storage security rules to restrict access to signed-in users and role-based admin functions. No system can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect their login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to the team administrator.

Data Retention

Team records are kept while needed for team operations, player history, accounting, safety, or administrative purposes. Admins or super-admins may remove users from the app system when appropriate.

User Choices

Players may update selected profile information inside the app. Users may ask a team admin or super-admin to correct, restrict, or remove information where appropriate.
